Our company was founded to fill a major gap in community support. Many seniors do not require intensive health interventions or intimate personal care, but they immensely benefit from a friendly face, a helping hand around the house, and a reliable partner to walk alongside them to local outings or appointments.
Supporting everyday routines with compassionate, non-regulated help — including light domestic cleaning, kitchen tidying, and food and drink support such as reheating ready-made meals in a microwave, making hot drinks, or preparing simple ready-to-eat snacks (toast, cereal, a sandwich). We do not cook meals from raw ingredients or provide food preparation support required due to a client's illness, infirmity, disability, or old age.
Friendly, regular visits to check that you're comfortable and everything's in order at home — a familiar face, not a health check. We are not able to monitor or assess your physical or medical condition; any concerns are shared with your family or nominated representative as appropriate.
We keep your home clean and hygienic — wiping surfaces, tidying the kitchen, and following strict hand-hygiene routines when helping around your home. This is domestic hygiene support only, not clinical or nursing care.
